Helping people make Jesus and His mission the FOCUS of their lives!

Focus Church is different than you may imagine.

We have a band rather than an organ. We hang out and get to know each other over free flowing coffee and food. We talk about real life, and dream up ways to make a true difference for people and the community. Dress however you feel comfortable. You’ll find most people dress casual.

Our talks are given in English, and we have translation into Estonian through headsets.

Your kids will have a great time at Focus Kids. We will register them with nametags, and you can pick them up when you are ready to leave. The tiny ones are also welcome – we will watch them, if you like, so you can enjoy being with other adults.

Our band and music team will play some great, meaningful music, and you’ll find us singing along.

We’ll have some announcements and give an opportunity for our regular attenders to give toward the vision and expenses of Focus Church. Then one of our pastors will give a 30-minute talk from the Bible that relates directly to real life.

Our goal is to make this experience fun, meaningful, and an inspirational highlight of the week. We want you to feel free to check everything out without any pressure.

What We Believe

We believe there is one God who is the creator and ruler of the universe (Genesis 1:1). He exists in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19).

Our Pastors

Kristin Külm

Kristin is the lead pastor of Focus Church. In that role, she leads the daily operations of Focus Church, its staff, and is the main teaching pastor. Kristin is from Estonia, but spent years as a teacher abroad in schools in Denmark, the UK, Malawi, Angola and Mozambique. Kristin grew up with no connection to God or the church. She was invited to one of Focus Church’s first Alpha Courses in 2013 (a course designed for people to explore God and Christianity). Although very skeptical at the beginning, the more she explored, God’s love became very real and changed her life. Kristin has spent the past several years training for pastoral ministry and is currently an ordained minister. In Kristin’s free time, she teaches part-time at Tallinn European School, exercises at CrossFit and rides horses.

Nick Puccini

Founding Pastor

Nick is the founding pastor and one of the main teachers at Focus Church. Nick grew up in America, but has loved the adventure of living overseas in both Armenia and Estonia. In September 2014, Nick led the team that started Focus Church and enjoys helping people learn to follow God and make a difference. He is also committed to being generous to our community and helping new, life-giving churches start throughout Estonia. In Nick’s free time, he enjoys a good cup of coffee, is a lover of American football, and plays on an Estonian basketball team.

Olivia Puccini

Founding Pastor

Olivia serves as one of the founding pastors and main worship leaders at Focus. Originally from America, she has lived abroad for the past sixteen years in both Armenia and Estonia. As both a musician and a writer, Olivia loves using the creative arts to help people experience God. She also serves as one of the teachers at Focus Church. In her free time, Olivia loves to drink chai tea lattes, exercise at MyFitness, and cheer on her two children--Oliver and Ava Grace.
